Refund policy

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

    Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, staining, odor, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


    DEFECTS, DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

    All claims for defective, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

    Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for review or resolution.

    To review any claim, we require:

    • Clear photos of the item(s) received

    • Clear photos of the issue being reported

    • A photo of the packaging as it arrived

    Claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


    MISSING ITEMS

    All orders are documented and weighed at the time of shipment.

    If you believe an item is missing, you must provide:

    • Photos of all items received

    • Photos of the original packaging

    Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.


    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged.

    All replacement requests require the original item to be returned and received before a replacement is issued.

    Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If no defect or issue is found, the item will be returned to the customer.


    RETURN SHIPPING

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a defect is confirmed after inspection.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.


    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Once an order has been shipped, Light But Heavy Clothing is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit-related issues. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier where applicable.

    Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for securing their delivery location.


    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

    If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.


    CHARGEBACKS

    Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in denial of future service.

    We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with all available evidence, including shipment records, delivery confirmation, order documentation, and communication history.
